Notes: In the museum collection, she was purchased off Gunbroker.com. The 55 is a single shot, open bolt receiver, not to be confused with the variant of the Winchester 1894 also called a 55. The .22lr gun was introduced in 1955 and only lasted a few years. The ATF frowns upon the open bolt platform due to the ease into converting into a full automatic weapon. She's a rarity.
